1 is just a line etching. It is the very first state this plate got printed in and there is only four to its' series This creation is untitled . It is a woman walking across a pile of dead cats. In a robe she walks as though she is queen better than the species that lies beneath her feet. A breaking rope hangs to the left of the picture plane. It holds a collar with a heart. Broken Love... 2 & 3 are part of the first states series that are available for sale. |

4 is one of the two in its' series of the third state. Aquatint resin was added. After Viewing it I decided it needed more values and contrast throughout. 5 is the final state this plate went through.(4ost). In which I was content with the outcome and then tried out different combinations of color (Ap's). 6, 7, 8, & 9 are different colors I've tried out and are one of a kind. 10, 11, & 12 are more like the final image actually used in the Thesis presentation. |
